A technical study of Lyric Theatre, Belfast and Queen's Film Theatre (QFT), Belfast using the Northern Ireland Building Regulations.  Comparision between two theatres is carried out at the end of the project and proposed improvement is made for QFT. All the 3D models were done using Rhinoceros.
